The Rogue Valley Workforce Development Council is accepting proposals c/o The Job Council for the performance of consultant services for computer programming, data base design/engineering and web site design/creation. It is seeking to create a regional online course catalog and virtual academy administration system. A copy of this RFP is available on our web site at http://www.jobcouncil.org/RFP
